Senior Scrum Master / Project Manager

About the role

You will join a high‑visibility program to implement a new SaaS/COTS application across multiple divisions of an ASX‑listed services provider. Working closely with senior executives (CIO and GM level), you will lead several delivery teams to re‑establish cadence, remove blockers, and drive outcomes on a complex remediation program.

Key responsibilities

• Stabilise delivery and drive progress across a re‑baselined, multi‑stream program.
• Facilitate delivery across squads, including vendor‑managed resources.
• Lead core ceremonies (stand‑ups, planning, reviews, retrospectives) where they add value.
• Actively remove blockers, manage dependencies, and drive action on risks and issues.
• Maintain clear, consistent reporting on progress, velocity, risks and outcomes.
• Partner with stakeholders to keep priorities clear, approvals moving, and teams focused.
• Support integration and middleware aspects of the program where required.

Required profile

• Strong experience as a Release Train Engineer, Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager or Delivery Lead on large, complex ICT programs, preferably in regulated or government‑facing environments.
• Demonstrated resilience under pressure and ability to operate with executive sponsor scrutiny.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of providing clear updates to senior leaders.
• Experience delivering COTS/SaaS application implementations and integrations.
