Senior Recruitment Advisor

About the role

The National Fire Ant Eradication Program (NFAEP) is seeking a Senior Recruitment Advisor to lead its talent acquisition activities across Queensland. In this role you will ensure high‑quality recruitment outcomes while supporting the program’s fast‑paced, safety‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes in line with the Recruitment and Selection Directive.
• Provide client‑focused support to internal hiring managers and external stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop junior recruitment team members.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a recruiter in a dynamic, high‑volume environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work agilely under tight deadlines.
