About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Quality Partner to lead continuous improvement and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety in our community‑based healthcare services. Based in Ringwood with hybrid working options, you will work closely with the Manager, Quality Improvement & Risk to shape and evaluate quality systems that deliver safe, effective, person‑centred care.
Key responsibilities
- Champion the organisation’s quality and compliance agenda, ensuring all regulatory, contractual and internal standards are met or exceeded.
- Lead critical incident investigations, delivering rigorous analysis, timely follow‑up and effective corrective actions.
- Partner with program leaders to design, implement and evaluate quality improvement initiatives.
- Identify emerging risks, assess impacts and drive proactive mitigation strategies.
- Oversee customer feedback and complaints processes, turning insights into service improvements.
- Analyse complex quality, risk and safety data to identify trends and inform decision‑making.
- Develop, deliver and evaluate training programmes that embed a culture of continuous improvement.
- Act as second‑in‑command to the Quality Improvement and Risk Manager, representing the organisation to regulators and auditors.
- Prepare and present high‑quality reports and recommendations to governance committees and the Board.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in community‑based healthcare quality or safety roles.
- Proven track record of leading quality improvement projects and incident investigations.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards and risk management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
