Senior Project Manager – Tier 3 (Education & Construction)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale education projects for a leading Tier 3 builder in New South Wales. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle from pre‑design through construction to handover, ensuring quality, safety and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for delivering projects up to $30 million, covering pre‑design, design, construction and completion phases.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, managing communication and expectations.
• Lead the development, implementation and compliance of Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) systems.
• Assemble and direct multidisciplinary project teams, allocating resources and coordinating with senior management.
• Prepare and manage formal project deliverables, reports and documentation.
• Liaise with directors, site managers and contractors to meet system standards and project requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager on education or community projects exceeding $20 million.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within diverse teams.
• Strong passion for construction with meticulous attention to detail.
• Client‑facing experience and a track record of delivering multiple projects from inception to completion in the Australian market.
