Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale automation projects across process control, data centres and smart buildings. The role combines strategic leadership, financial oversight and technical delivery to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach multidisciplinary project teams, fostering a positive delivery culture.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, budgets, risk registers and remediation actions.
• Communicate project status, risks and changes to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Oversee FAT, SAT and commissioning activities on site and capture post‑project NPS feedback.
• Act as escalation point for customers, driving issue resolution and variation management.
• Support pre‑sales activities, including tender preparation and technical solution design.
• Promote zero‑harm safety practices on all site work.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Electrical, Instrumentation or Automation engineering or a related trade.
• 10+ years of project management experience across multiple industry segments.
• Strong understanding of process monitoring and control, building management and energy management systems.
• Proven financial acumen and resource management capability.
