Senior Mobility Specialist

About the role

Datacom is seeking a Senior Mobility Specialist to lead the day‑to‑day operations of client Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) systems. You will act as the primary escalation point, ensuring customers receive exceptional service and that their environments run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support EMM platforms (Microsoft Endpoint Manager, VMware WS1) for multiple customers.
• Provide technical leadership for major incidents and design high‑level, detailed, and low‑level documentation.
• Configure Apple Business Manager, Google Chrome OS, and mobile device policies.
• Maintain ticket accuracy, adhere to SLAs, and produce monthly performance reports.
• Drive process improvements, shift‑left initiatives, and governance for iOS, Android, and Chrome OS devices.

Required profile

• Australian citizenship with eligibility for NV1 security clearance.
• Approximately 2+ years in a similar mobility role within an IT managed‑service environment.
• Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills.
