About the role
Join a leading global investment bank advising Australia’s top corporates and sponsors on high‑profile M&A transactions. The role offers significant execution responsibility, client interaction and exposure to senior stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Originate and execute complex M&A and strategic advisory mandates across a strong pipeline of transactions.
- Work closely with senior bankers and clients throughout the deal process, taking ownership of live mandates.
- Lead junior team members and manage client engagement on multiple projects.
Required profile
- 5‑7 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory or a high‑quality corporate finance environment.
- Proven track record of delivering complex transactions and operating effectively in a high‑performance team.
