Senior HR Partner

About the role

Vanderlande is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to work closely with senior leaders, shaping workforce strategy and driving people outcomes that support business success. This role focuses on industrial relations, employee engagement, and organisational change within a complex operational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned to business goals.
• Provide advice on workforce planning, organisational design, talent management and succession planning.
• Lead employee engagement, leadership development, diversity and capability‑building initiatives.
• Drive change and transformation programmes, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and change management.
• Manage complex employee and industrial relations matters, including Enterprise Bargaining Agreement negotiations.
• Coach leaders to enhance capability and build high‑performing teams.
• Leverage people analytics and insights to support workforce decisions.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, HR policies and governance requirements.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related discipline.
• 12+ years of HR experience, including senior HR Business Partner roles.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and workplace relations.
• Proven experience managing industrial relations matters and EBA negotiations.
• Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders and influencing outcomes.
• Experience leading organisational change and transformation initiatives.
