Senior Home & Investment Lending Manager – Sydney

About the role

ANZ is expanding its proprietary home lending team and is seeking senior and executive level Home & Investment Lending Managers for multiple full‑time permanent positions across Sydney. The role involves supporting customers to save for, purchase and own their home or investment property while contributing to ANZ’s growth in the Australian lending market.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial customers.
• Guide customers through the home and investment loan process, from application to settlement.
• Achieve growth targets by generating new loan business and referrals.
• Deliver fast turnaround times and high service quality through efficient loan processing.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance customer awareness and lead generation.

Required profile

• Experienced senior‑level lender with a background in residential or commercial lending.
• Deep knowledge of the local Sydney property and lending market.
• Ability to work in branch locations across the Sydney metropolitan area.
• Full‑time availability and commitment to a permanent role.
