Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

Flight Centre Travel Group is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer based in South Bank, QLD. You will shape the brand, maintain brand standards and deliver creative solutions across marketing campaigns, websites, EDMs, paid media, social media and advertising, working closely with marketing stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to develop creative concepts and act as the brand guardian, keeping all outputs aligned with design standards.
• Take part in planning, scheduling, proofing and delivery of marketing collateral to agreed timelines.
• Lead the design, implementation and ongoing management of brand guidelines and creative standards.
• Maintain and develop the visual identity across digital, email, campaign, paid media and social channels.
• Deliver high-quality creative assets for digital campaigns, online advertising, EDMs and social media.
• Manage multiple projects at once, from campaign execution to creative strategy, with strong attention to detail.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Arts (Graphic Design) or a related design qualification.
• 5+ years of design experience, ideally in a commercial or creative agency environment.
• Proven track record of taking projects from concept and strategy through to final artwork.
• Experience designing for digital, email, campaigns, paid media, social and web environments, plus video experience.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, and comfort using AI to create efficiencies.
• Strong understanding of creative strategy, branding and visual storytelling, with a commercial mindset.
