Senior FP&A & Reporting Analyst

About the role

A large, established organisation operating across multiple global markets is looking for a Senior FP&A & Reporting Analyst to join its Group Finance function. You will own key financial planning and reporting processes, including month-end reporting, forecasting, budgeting, OPEX management and executive reporting, and turn complex financial data into clear commercial insights for senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver month-end management reporting
• Lead monthly forecasting and Business Unit reporting
• Drive the annual budgeting process
• Consolidate Group financial results across a global business
• Prepare monthly CFO reporting and Business Review packs
• Analyse revenue, OPEX and profit performance
• Identify key risks, opportunities and performance trends
• Manage OPEX and partner with business stakeholders
• Provide financial insights and recommendations, and improve FP&A processes, systems and reporting
• Automate repetitive reporting and analysis where possible
• Deliver ad hoc financial modelling, reporting and analysis

Required profile

• 5 years' experience in FP&A, commercial finance or management reporting
• CA, CPA, CFA or equivalent qualification
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis experience
• Proactive, analytical and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
