About the role
A pioneering private equity firm in Sydney is looking for a fund and financial accountant to join its finance team. The role covers fund accounting, financial reporting and administration, with a highly supportive environment and work-from-home availability based in Sydney CBD.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly unit pricing for funds
- Prepare quarterly management fee calculations
- Handle quarterly fund reporting and investor relations
- Produce year-end financial statements and liaise with auditors
- Work with group finance to deliver robust financial controls for new fund structures
- Carry out financial modelling to monitor fund performance and forecast
- Assist with ESG reporting
Required profile
- Funds management and capital partnering experience
- CA or CPA qualification
- High level of technical accounting expertise with a commercial mindset

- Strong communication and presentation ability
- Technical accounting expertise
