Senior Client Executive

About the role

Dentsu is hiring a Senior Client Executive in Sydney to act as the day-to-day link between its agency and two clients: a jewellery brand and a skincare brand. You will help shape and deliver media campaigns across all channels, with a particular focus on outdoor and digital, and will work directly with clients from day one. The team has nine members, from Associate to Client Partner.

Key responsibilities

• Campaign planning and delivery: support the development and execution of integrated media campaigns, turn client briefs into media strategies, manage the end-to-end process (planning, booking, optimisation, tracking, reporting) and keep campaigns on time, within budget and to agreed KPIs.
• Client management: build strong relationships with client stakeholders, present responses to briefs, post-analysis campaigns and parts of quarterly business reviews, and maintain accuracy on budgets, timelines and reporting.
• Media planning and trading: use planning and buying tools for cross-channel planning, monitor performance and support optimisation.
• Financial management: support budgeting, forecasting and financial reconciliation, lead monthly financial reporting and client invoicing where required, and ensure alignment with client agreements and internal procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in media planning and buying across multiple channels; social or outdoor experience is preferred but not strictly required.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and comfort with numbers, forecasting and reporting.
• Confident communicator able to present insights clearly to client stakeholders.
• Self-sufficient, proactive and solutions-focused, ready to take ownership of a client patch.
