Senior Business & Private Banking Onboarding Specialist

About the role

The Senior Business & Private Banking Onboarding Specialist supports Transaction Banking Sales frontline relationship managers in delivering seamless onboarding experiences for new‑to‑bank and existing customers. Acting as a subject‑matter expert, you will handle complex B&PB and PCM/Institutional products, assist the Onboarding Lead on projects, and help drive knowledge sharing across the team.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Transaction Banking Sales to enable smooth onboarding for complex B&PB and PCM/Institutional products.
• Manage escalations and provide product training to ensure customers use their new products effectively.
• Support the Onboarding Lead with change initiatives, process simplification, and risk management.
• Mentor team members, develop training materials, and promote continuous improvement.
• Drive profitable, sustainable growth of B&PB and PCM/Institutional product lines.
• Uphold the highest risk and compliance standards to protect the bank.

Required profile

• Proven experience in banking onboarding, preferably within Business & Private Banking or Transaction Banking.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and escalation‑handling abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and contribute to team morale.
• Commitment to risk awareness and compliance adherence.
