Senior Analyst - Woolworths

About the role

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) is hiring a Senior Analyst for its Woolworths account, based at the North Sydney head office. Working closely with the Senior Finance Business Partner and the Woolworths Sales team, you will turn financial data into commercial insights that support business growth, customer performance and strategic decisions. The role covers financial reporting, forecasting and promotional performance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse financial and commercial performance and deliver accurate reporting, insights and recommendations.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources to prepare management reporting, performance commentary and financial analysis.
• Partner with the Senior Finance Business Partner and Sales to identify revenue opportunities, promotional improvements and cost savings.
• Support budgeting and forecasting using promotional calendars, demand plans and risk and opportunity tracking.
• Prepare in-month trading updates and month-end commentary for Sales and Finance stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate blended rate calculations and ensure customer investment terms match approved strategies to support SOX compliance.
• Build strong relationships with Sales stakeholders and collaborate with the Philippines ISS team on reporting, forecasting and analysis.

Required profile

• At least two years' experience in a finance or commercial role, with an interest in customer performance and commercial analysis.
• Tertiary qualification in Finance, Commerce or Accounting; CA/CPA qualifications or studies towards them are highly regarded.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to turn data into practical business insights.
• Confident communicating financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders and building commercial awareness.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to work collaboratively across Finance, Sales and shared services.
