Sales Director – Managed Services & Digital Transformation

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead growth of Managed Services and Enterprise Digital solutions across telecom operators and enterprise customers in Melbourne. The role focuses on winning large, multi‑year, outcome‑based deals that combine network, IT, cloud, cybersecurity and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new‑business acquisition and expand existing accounts for Managed Services and Digital portfolios.
• Own the full sales cycle – from opportunity identification to proposal, negotiation and closure of complex, multi‑service contracts.
• Engage C‑level stakeholders (CIO, CTO, COO, CDO) to align solutions with customer transformation agendas.
• Shape outcome‑based, as‑a‑service and OPEX‑driven offerings across Network, Infrastructure, Cloud, Security and Automation.
• Lead pricing strategy, commercial modelling and contract governance for annuity and consumption‑based deals.
• Develop strategic accounts and partner ecosystems, collaborating with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and OEMs.
• Coordinate closely with pre‑sales, delivery, finance, legal and procurement teams to ensure delivery capability matches sales commitments.

Required profile

• 12+ years of sales experience, primarily in Managed Services and digital transformation.
• Proven track record of closing large, multi‑year, multi‑tower deals.
• Experience selling to telecom operators and enterprise customers.
• Strong ability to build relationships with C‑level executives.
