Key responsibilities

• Support Sales and Account Management teams with daily coordination tasks.
• Maintain product data across spreadsheets, including line lists, specifications, and purchase orders.
• Prepare and submit product ranges via customer portals.
• Assist in creating and formatting sales presentations.
• Coordinate with internal product teams to ensure accurate information flow.
• Interpret buyer and internal emails and act on tasks independently.
• Organise, pack, and dispatch product samples.
• Run and update sales reports in Excel.
• Manage product imagery and upload content to customer systems and portals.
