Roads Practice Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Roads Practice Lead to head our road infrastructure practice in Western Australia and the Northern Territory. Reporting to the Transport, Land and Water Service Group Leader, you will shape the future of road projects, drive growth and ensure high‑quality delivery for our clients and communities.

Key responsibilities

• Implement Aurecon’s corporate strategy (“The Blueprint”) within the Roads Practice.
• Lead, mentor and develop the practice team, building capability and a strong culture.
• Govern the delivery of the project portfolio, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with industry and client leads to secure new revenue opportunities and expand market share.
• Develop and maintain a robust client network across transport, energy, industrial and defence sectors.
• Work across the business to bring Aurecon’s expertise to client solutions.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a road or transport engineering environment.
