Roads Drafter / Modeller

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Drafter/Modeller to join our Sydney team, contributing to civil and structural road projects. You will work closely with engineers, planners and designers to translate concepts into detailed drawings and 3D models.

Key responsibilities

• Develop 3D models for civil and structural projects, including site layouts, earthworks and network pipe alignments.
• Create detailed drawings and long‑section plans from concept through to construction documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design accuracy and compliance.
• Support risk management, quality control and project prioritisation.

Required profile

• Previous drafting or modelling experience on major civil infrastructure projects.
• Understanding of project priorities, risk management and quality assurance processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, inclusive environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with design and drafting software such as Inventor, Revit, MicroStation, Civil 3D, 12D and AutoCAD.
