Retail Assistant – Store Team Member

About the role

Join ALDI’s vibrant store team as a Retail Assistant in Lyndhurst. No prior retail experience is required – we’re looking for enthusiastic people with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service at the checkout registers.
• Keep shelves stocked and organised so customers can find their favourite products.
• Handle stock, ensuring items are within date and correctly priced.
• Create eye‑catching displays for ALDI special buys.
• Maintain a tidy, welcoming store environment.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to learn and take on varied tasks across the store.
