Reservations Agent – Hotel Guest Services

About the role
As the first point of contact for guests, the Reservations Agent ensures a warm welcome and smooth booking experience. You will manage reservation inquiries, changes and cancellations, and turn phone calls into confirmed stays while promoting the hotel’s facilities.
Key responsibilities
- Handle reservation requests, modifications and cancellations.
- Convert phone inquiries into confirmed bookings, accurately recording guest preferences.
- Recommend hotel facilities and up‑sell services to maximise revenue.
- Maintain detailed records in the property management system.
Required profile
- Guest‑focused personality with strong written and verbal communication.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise conflicting tasks.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Part‑time and full‑time availability.
Required skills
- Experience with Opera or another property management system.
