Registered Nurse – Telehealth (Remote)

About the role

Join Sedgwick as a Registered Nurse delivering telehealth support to employees across Australia. You will work from home, providing health advice, injury triage and case management for workplace incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls to record absences and workplace injuries.
• Provide immediate health advice and conduct triage assessments.
• Follow up with employees to offer guidance and support throughout their recovery.
• Coordinate medical and allied‑health appointments with a national provider network.
• Act as the escalation point for complex cases, investigating and resolving issues.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse qualification.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
• Experience in nursing; injury management and workers‑compensation knowledge is desirable.
• Comfortable with shift work covering evenings and nights.
