Regional Manager - Construction

About the role

ACCIONA’s Geotech business is seeking a Regional Manager – Construction to lead its largest growth sector across Australia. Reporting to the Chief Operations Manager, you will join the senior leadership team and act as the primary liaison for project delivery, client relationships, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple project sites, coordinating resources and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Manage client, subcontractor, and regulator interactions, resolving on‑site issues promptly.
• Analyse new business opportunities, evaluate direct costs, and make informed go‑/no‑go decisions.
• Oversee the transition from pre‑contract to delivery, tracking quantities and budgets throughout design and construction phases.
• Develop strategic plans, control regional budgets, and maintain high standards of project delivery and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in construction or ground‑engineering environments.
• Strong track record of managing profitability and safety culture across multiple sites.
• Ability to mentor teams, influence senior stakeholders, and drive operational improvements.
