About the role
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Partner to join our team supporting a prestigious financial services client in Sydney. You will work within a collaborative advisory team, delivering end‑to‑end recruitment services for wealth management, private banking and asset management roles.
Key responsibilities
- Source, attract and assess high‑calibre talent across wealth management teams.
- Build strong credibility and trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Provide strategic advice on talent acquisition and market insights.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Utilise innovative sourcing strategies and talent data to identify top talent.
Required profile
- Proven experience recruiting within wealth management, private banking, asset management or broader financial services.
- Track record of delivering end‑to‑end recruitment in a large, complex or enterprise environment.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Consultative mindset with the ability to provide strategic talent advice.
