About the role
InterWorks is seeking a confident Recruitment Coordinator to join its dynamic talent acquisition team in Melbourne. You will work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to attract top talent, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure smooth recruitment operations.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule, screen, and liaise with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain clear, timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide prompt support.
- Build and nurture relationships with candidates to create a talent pipeline.
- Coordinate interview logistics, including panels, meeting rooms, and travel arrangements.
- Monitor and update job postings across relevant platforms.
- Report on recruitment status for all open positions.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to follow established processes and deliver a consistent recruitment experience.
- Genuine passion for working with people.
- Adaptability in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
- Current Australian residency and willingness to work onsite in Melbourne.
Required skills
- Experience with recruitment tools and an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
