About the role
The Recruitment Coordinator will support the Royal Flying Doctor Service’s recruitment activities across the Northern Territory. Reporting to the Senior Recruiter and partnering with the People & Culture Business Partner, you will manage end‑to‑end hiring processes for multiple vacancies, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and publish job advertisements and position descriptions on relevant platforms.
- Screen, shortlist and assess candidates against essential criteria.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and interview panels.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
- Maintain accurate records in the recruitment system and update tracking dashboards.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals and direct outreach.
- Support onboarding documentation and compliance requirements.
Required profile
- Proactive, highly organised professional thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong candidate management and customer service orientation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Required skills
- Demonstrated experience in a recruitment or talent coordination role.
- Experience using a Talent Management System and LinkedIn Recruiter.
