Property Business Partner

About the role

The Property Business Partner supports ANZ's Group Property function for its Melbourne portfolio, helping business units create and maintain high‑performing workplace environments. You will translate strategic and operational needs into practical, future‑ready solutions while ensuring alignment with ANZ’s workplace guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business unit stakeholders to exceed workplace expectations.
• Plan and develop workplace solutions that meet current and future requirements and adhere to workplace guidelines.
• Serve as the first point of contact for operational and day‑to‑day workplace requests and issues.
• Identify insights and improvement opportunities through stakeholder engagement and data analysis.
• Collaborate with the broader Group Property team to deliver cost‑effective, high‑quality workplace solutions.
• Work with alliance partners to implement approved strategies within agreed time and cost parameters.
• Maintain accurate workplace data in property databases and financial systems.
• Prepare regular status and performance reports, including recommendations on issues and opportunities.
• Manage project plans for investment activities and third‑party supplier engagements.
• Ensure capital works align with business requirements, workplace guidelines, and accommodation KPIs.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in property or facilities management within a corporate environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable workplace improvements.
• Experience managing projects, budgets, and timelines.
• Understanding of workplace guidelines, health and safety, and accommodation KPIs.
