Project Supervisor – FIFO (Pilbara)

About the role

Sodexo is seeking motivated Project Supervisors to join its Projects Team in the Pilbara region. Working on an 8‑day on / 6‑day off FIFO roster, you will plan, implement and execute minor project programmes while supporting work crews and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise employee relations, manage work crews and contractors, and ensure training and accountability.
• Evaluate and scope work requests, supporting the work management planning process.
• Participate in weekly pre‑planning, planning and scheduling meetings to align resources.
• Ensure safe execution of maintenance work according to signed schedules.
• Deliver minor and capital works, develop scopes, manage commercial and tendering processes.
• Plan and execute unplanned work, re‑schedule tasks, and review performance.
• Manage event reviews and adhere to escalation protocols.
• Provide input into work‑strategy development and ensure end‑to‑end process compliance.

Required profile

• Trade‑relevant qualification within a comparable industry.
• Working at Heights Licence (mandatory).
• White Card (mandatory).
• Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor Training (desirable).
• Previous experience in the mining sector is highly regarded.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a team‑oriented approach.
