Project Manager - Tender & Bid Delivery

About the role

The Project Manager (Tender & Bid Delivery) leads the end‑to‑end planning, coordination and submission of high‑quality tender responses. You will ensure that all deliverables are completed on time, compliant with regulations and strategically aligned with organisational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complete tender submissions within required deadlines.
• Ensure all mandatory documentation, schedules and supporting materials are accurate, complete and compliant.
• Oversee the development of tender content that demonstrates strong strategic alignment and evidence‑based responses.
• Identify emerging risks, constraints and challenges early and implement mitigation plans.
• Coordinate internal teams and external contributors to secure timely, high‑quality inputs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop accurate and defensible costings.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders throughout the tender process.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project managing within tender or bid environments.
• Strong understanding of compliance, governance and quality assurance processes.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and complex deliverables.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience managing risk, issues and stakeholder expectations.
