Project Coordinator

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a large, complex organisation delivering a diverse portfolio of ICT projects and initiatives. You will work within a collaborative ICT environment focused on driving consistent project delivery, governance, and stakeholder engagement across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Supporting the delivery of ICT projects in line with scope, schedule, budget and quality expectations.
• Preparing and maintaining project documentation, schedules, reports and dashboards.
• Coordinating communication between ICT teams, business units and stakeholders.
• Tracking project financials, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Supporting governance processes and ensuring adherence to project methodologies.
• Assisting with stakeholder engagement and change impacts across the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Experience with content management.
• Demonstrated experience supporting ICT or infrastructure projects in a complex environment.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle, governance and reporting practices.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
• Tertiary qualification in IT, business, project management or a related discipline (desirable: PRINCE2, PMP or similar).
