Project Coordinator - High-Voltage Infrastructure

About the role

CPP, a high-voltage infrastructure provider within Quanta Services, is seeking a proactive and organised Project Coordinator to join its growing Western Australian team. Working closely with senior management and project delivery teams, the role provides coordination and administrative support across the project lifecycle, from tendering and bids through to project execution. It combines project coordination, tender and bid support, document management and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate tender and bid submissions, including compiling documentation, preparing proposal packs and managing submission requirements.
• Work with project delivery and estimating teams to coordinate tender inputs, schedules and supporting information.
• Assist Project Managers with project documentation, reporting, correspondence and administrative requirements.
• Maintain accurate project records, document registers and supporting documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare professional reports, presentations and client-facing documentation using Microsoft PowerPoint and other business systems.
• Coordinate project information and documentation between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Provide general project coordination support to senior management and the wider WA operations team.

Required profile

• Ideally previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, Bid Coordinator or similar project support role.
• Background in construction, engineering, infrastructure, utilities or renewable energy projects is highly regarded.
• Experience supporting tender submissions, bid preparation or project delivery activities.
• Understanding of project lifecycles, documentation and project delivery processes.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Visio and particularly PowerPoint, with the ability to produce professional presentations and tender documentation.
• Document management, reporting and administrative coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Proactive, adaptable approach, able to work independently and support multiple projects.
