Production Operator

About the role

We are expanding our production team at the Nambour factory and are looking for motivated Production Operators. This full‑time, permanent position is ideal for experienced operators who can hit the ground running in a fast‑paced, high‑performing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production and blow‑moulding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine quality checks and ensure compliance with GMP and HACCP standards.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment faults to minimise downtime.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members and support shift work, including overtime when required.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing or food‑processing environment.
• Strong fault‑finding and troubleshooting abilities.
• Good numeracy and literacy skills.
• Flexibility to work varied rosters and adapt to changing production demands.
