Production Operator

About the role

3M is looking for a Production Operator to join its manufacturing team in Perth, Ontario. You will work on a dynamic shop floor, applying safety‑first practices while supporting daily production targets.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor equipment safely, following established procedures, Lean and 5S principles.
• Perform regular quality checks and ensure compliance with product standards.
• Troubleshoot plant processes, execute equipment changeovers, and carry out minor repairs as needed.
• Adapt to shifting product demands, plant priorities, and business needs.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical or troubleshooting experience.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts.
• Residency in Canada.
