Production Employee – Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for a Production Employee to join our manufacturing team at Ampcontrol’s Cameron Park facility. You will help produce high‑quality electronic safety equipment for hazardous environments, working with a varied product mix in low‑volume runs.

Key responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment to assemble electronic components according to specifications.
• Maintain consistent product quality and adhere to safety standards.
• Read and follow electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Document production output and report any issues to supervisors.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.

Required profile

• Hands‑on attitude and ability to adapt in a specialised, changing environment.
• Strong teamwork, communication and time‑management skills.
• Competence with Microsoft Office applications.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Understanding of electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
