Production Controller

About the role

The Production Controller will join the Fleet Readiness Center Mid‑Atlantic Voyage Repair Team, supporting performance operations and the broader support branch. In this position you will ensure that production schedules are adhered to and that the production cycle runs efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Observe and analyse production operations to verify compliance with schedules and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop the information required to control a complex product throughout its lifecycle.
• Plan, monitor and control the entire production cycle to meet operational targets.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess production processes.
• Experience in coordinating and controlling production activities.
• Attention to detail and capability to work within a structured operational environment.
