Product & Sales Analyst – Core Consumer

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Specialist Product and Sales Analyst to support the execution, adoption, and optimisation of its core consumer products across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands. The role works closely with Core Consumer Product Managers, the Customer Solution Centre and account teams to deliver customer‑centric solutions and drive regional go‑to‑market objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support management and execution of core consumer products in the ANZ & Pacific market.
• Provide product and platform knowledge to sales, CSC and client engagements.
• Assist in executing product sales strategies and maintaining the sales pipeline.
• Develop client‑specific solutions, presentations and demos.
• Act as subject‑matter expert for assigned core consumer products.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address routine product issues.
• Analyse market trends, customer feedback and competitor activity.
• Contribute to competitive analysis, pricing inputs and solution positioning.
• Identify new business opportunities and product enhancement ideas.
• Share best practices and functional knowledge across internal teams.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of relevant experience, preferably in financial services.
• Strong interest in payments, card issuing, banking, e‑commerce and financial services.
• Comfort presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Foundational understanding of the payments and financial‑services landscape.
• Awareness of industry trends, competitive offerings and emerging payment technologies.
