About the role
The DDG’s Commercial Division in CASG is seeking an external contractor to provide pricing and costing expertise for high‑priority activities in the Air domain for FY 26/27. This role supports contract formation, financial audits and cost analysis for defence projects.
Key responsibilities
- Develop RFT documentation related to pricing and costing, supporting negotiations and contract formation.
- Perform contract financial audits and review pricing components for Contract Change Proposals.
- Produce comprehensive financial analysis reports, including cost justification and compliance with Defence Cost Principles and CASG Profit Principles.
- Provide specialist pricing and costing advice to programs and projects, and mentor junior CFA team members.
Required profile
- Demonstrated ability to share knowledge with customers and stakeholders.
- Experience delivering pricing and costing reviews, identifying deviations from contractual terms and defence policy, and recommending improvements.
- Capability to create pricing workbooks and RFT wording linked to ASDEFCON templates.
