Pharmacist – Talent Pool

About the role

Metro South Hospital and Health Service is building a talent pool of qualified pharmacists to support its network of hospitals and community services across Brisbane's south side, Logan, Redlands and the Scenic Rim. Successful candidates will join pharmacy teams to deliver a broad range of clinical pharmacy services to in‑patients and out‑patients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical pharmacy services across multiple health facilities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise medication therapy.
• Participate in pharmacy rosters, including casual and temporary shifts.
• Support both inpatient and outpatient pharmacy operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Pharmacy degree (or equivalent) from a recognised institution.
• Registration as a pharmacist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Legal right to work in Australia.
