About the role

Join Ultimate Performance’s elite team in Surrey Hills and deliver world‑class personal training using the data‑driven UP Method. You will coach a diverse client base, helping them achieve measurable transformation while continuously developing your own expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one training sessions tailored to each client’s goals.
• Apply the UP Method to design evidence‑based exercise and nutrition programmes.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans, and provide ongoing motivation and support.
• Act as a trusted partner throughout each client’s transformation journey.
• Participate in onboarding, mentoring and professional development activities.

Required profile

• Legal right to work in Australia (citizenship or residency).
• Certificate IV in Personal Training or an equivalent qualification.
• Genuine passion for transforming lives.
• Strong work ethic and a growth‑mindset.
