Partner Sales Development Representative

About the role
As a Partner SDR you will act as the bridge between 8x8 and its flagship channel partner Ignite in Australia. You will co‑create joint value propositions, translate 8x8’s CX platform into partner‑focused messaging, and drive qualified pipeline for both sides.
Key responsibilities
- Co‑create the Joint Value Proposition, GTM messaging and campaigns with Ignite’s sales leadership.
- Translate 8x8’s CX platform into language that resonates with Ignite’s target verticals and personas.
- Lead weekly account‑mapping sessions with Ignite’s and APAC Account Executives to surface warm opportunities.
- Plan and execute blitz days, prospecting sessions and round‑table events that activate Ignite’s sales floor.
- Multi‑thread priority accounts across three to five personas and run discovery against a qualification framework.
- Document Value Maps and Points‑of‑View, then hand off qualified opportunities to AEs with manager‑gated approval.
- Build strong relationships with Ignite’s sellers and provide weekly visibility on pipeline and performance.
Required profile
- Minimum two years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or partner sales.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with channel partners and internal sales teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on pipeline quality over volume.
