Part-Time Bus Driver

About the role

This part‑time position involves driving a school bus to safely transport students on scheduled routes. The role starts immediately and may include occasional extra duties for staff and student excursions.

Key responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school on designated routes.
• Foster a positive, welcoming atmosphere and build strong relationships with students.
• Adhere to the split‑shift schedule (7:00‑9:00 am and 3:00‑5:00 pm) and ensure punctual service.
• Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate transportation for staff and student excursions and camps.
• Maintain a clean and tidy bus interior for a comfortable environment.
• Observe all traffic laws and regulations while operating the bus.
• Load and unload students safely at designated stops, maintaining order and well‑being.

Required profile

• A genuine person with a passion for working with children.
• Reliability and punctuality to ensure timely transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Valid driver’s licence (or willingness to obtain MR driver’s licence, costs covered by the school).
• Excellent driving record and commitment to passenger safety.
