Paralegal – Personal Injury Law

About the role

Carbone Lawyers is seeking motivated Paralegals to support our personal injury practice across multiple Melbourne locations. You will work closely with solicitors and clients to help deliver successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with case management for personal injury claims.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support solicitors.
• Prepare and draft legal documents and correspondence.
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, and other stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing briefs for counsel and court hearings.
• Participate in client interviews and take detailed statements.
• Provide general administrative support to the legal team.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Background in personal injury law or relevant legal experience is advantageous.
