Operations Transformation Manager

About the role

KPMG is seeking a Manager to lead Operations Transformation across the Asia‑Pacific region. This two‑year fixed‑term role will support the global Integrated Value Chain (IVC) transformation agenda, helping senior stakeholders embed new ways of working.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders and program teams to drive change and adoption across ASPAC.
• Lead end‑to‑end change activities, including impact assessments, communications, training, and business readiness.
• Support implementation at key milestones (pre‑go‑live, go‑live, post‑implementation).
• Engage stakeholders and tailor change approaches to local market needs.
• Monitor adoption, identify risks, and implement practical solutions to improve outcomes.
