Operations Analyst (Capital Markets)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Operations Analyst to support the efficiency, accuracy and control of operational processes within capital markets activities. The role ensures smooth trade processing, settlement support and reconciliations across a range of financial instruments.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and validate trade lifecycle events from execution to settlement.
• Perform daily reconciliations between internal and external systems and investigate trade breaks.
• Collaborate with trading, risk, compliance and technology teams to resolve operational discrepancies.
• Support settlement workflows for equities, fixed income, derivatives and FX.
• Identify and implement process‑improvement and automation opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Mathematics or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to handle large volumes of financial data under tight deadlines.
• Good understanding of capital‑markets instruments and market infrastructure.
• Knowledge of risk‑management principles and regulatory requirements is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with SQL or other data‑analysis tools.
