About the role

The Office Manager will ensure the smooth and efficient day‑to‑day operation of our Brisbane office. Based on‑site in Fortitude Valley, this full‑time role supports the team with administrative assistance, front‑of‑house duties and continuous improvement of office processes.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day office operations and coordinate administration systems, processes and procedures.
  • Maintain calendars, organise meetings, prepare documents and handle general correspondence.
  • Greet clients and visitors, manage incoming inquiries and provide a professional front‑of‑house experience.
  • Oversee office equipment, supplies and liaise with external vendors and service providers.
  • Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with company policies and support leadership with ad‑hoc projects and reporting.
  • Identify and implement improvements to office workflows and procedures.

Required profile

  • Strong office administration experience, including workflow organisation and record‑keeping.
  • Proficiency in diary management, document preparation and meeting coordination.
  • Experience with office equipment (printers, scanners, phone systems) and basic troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and customer‑service skills with a professional demeanor.
  • High attention to detail, strong time‑management and ability to prioritise competing tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Previous experience in an office management, reception or administrative role, preferably within financial or professional services.

  • Experience with financial or CRM systems (advantageous)
