National Retail Account Manager – Sales

About the role

Apple is looking for an experienced National Retail Account Manager to drive growth with key omni‑channel and online‑only partners across Australia. You will act as the primary liaison between Apple and its retail partners, shaping strategic plans and delivering compelling customer propositions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with a broad range of partner and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with account teams to develop strategic and tactical go‑to‑market plans.
• Design and execute demand‑generation initiatives and above‑the‑line offers.
• Analyse sales data, market trends, competitor actions and partner capabilities to uncover growth opportunities.
• Create and present commercial proposals, negotiate terms and ensure successful execution.
• Monitor performance against plans and adjust activities to meet targets.
• Support contract negotiations and compliance management.
• Achieve or exceed quarterly sales targets for Apple devices.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of sales or account‑management experience in consumer retail, digital or technology sectors.
• Deep understanding of consumer and digital markets, offers and trends.
• Proven experience managing executive relationships within large, complex organisations.
• Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to build compelling commercial proposals.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to drive agreement.
