About the role
As a Program Engineer you will join Ford Racing’s global team to help drive the next chapter of its 125‑year racing legacy. Based in Australia, you will work with the Australian Motorsports Engineering team on sport‑scar programs, providing track‑side support and contributing to engineering development.
Key responsibilities
- Support factory and customer racing programs on‑track.
- Participate in engineering and development of current and future sport‑scar projects.
- Collaborate with global Ford Racing teams to transfer learnings into performance products.

- Program Engineer role within motorsports.
- Based in Australia.
- Reports to the Australian Motorsport leadership.
