Marketing Manager – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

The Langham, Gold Coast is seeking a creative and forward‑thinking Marketing Manager to join its commercial team. You will be responsible for driving brand presence, delivering impactful campaigns, and creating unforgettable guest experiences across the property and its award‑winning venues.

Key responsibilities

• Execute day‑to‑day marketing initiatives for the hotel and its food & beverage outlets.
• Plan and manage social media content, creative production, and graphic design coordination.
• Procure marketing collateral and optimise distribution channels.
• Support media events, represent the property at industry functions, and manage local and national media familiarisations.
• Track budgets, report on campaign performance, and ensure alignment with brand standards.
• Collaborate with operational departments, external agencies, and LHG marketing teams to roll out regional and global brand campaigns.
