Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator to support a financial planning client in West Perth. The role is hands‑on, varied and offers the chance to shape the company’s digital, internal and client‑facing communications.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate content across websites, social media, newsletters and campaigns.
• Create and update marketing materials such as brochures, presentations and digital assets.
• Support internal communications and business updates.
• Manage workflows, timelines and deliverables with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Maintain website and social channels, ensuring they remain fresh, engaging and on‑brand.
• Assist with CRM updates and campaign reporting.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to keep marketing activities on track.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, communications or coordination.
• Experience working with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
• Familiarity with project‑management tools such as Asana.
• Excellent communication, organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Collaborative, positive and relationship‑focused attitude.
