About the role
We are seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator to support a financial planning client in West Perth. The role is hands‑on, varied and offers the chance to shape the company’s digital, internal and client‑facing communications.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate content across websites, social media, newsletters and campaigns.
- Create and update marketing materials such as brochures, presentations and digital assets.
- Support internal communications and business updates.
- Manage workflows, timelines and deliverables with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Maintain website and social channels, ensuring they remain fresh, engaging and on‑brand.
- Assist with CRM updates and campaign reporting.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to keep marketing activities on track.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing, communications or coordination.
- Experience working with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
- Familiarity with project‑management tools such as Asana.
- Excellent communication, organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Collaborative, positive and relationship‑focused attitude.
