Manager, Service Continuous Improvement APAC

About the role

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a Manager to lead Service Continuous Improvement across the Asia‑Pacific region. You will drive systematic, sustainable enhancements to service operations, harmonising processes and elevating performance metrics for field service and repair centres.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end continuous improvement initiatives across APAC, identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions.
• Conduct regular process assessments and gap analyses at regional and country levels.
• Develop and deploy standardised service process frameworks, tools and best practices.
• Partner with country service managers to localise initiatives while maintaining regional consistency.
• Facilitate root‑cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes.
• Coach local service teams on Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance and Technical Support to align processes.
• Maintain documentation that meets global standards and local regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Results‑driven leader with a strong background in service operations.
• Proven experience applying lean/continuous improvement methodologies in a multi‑country environment.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence and drive change across diverse teams.
